In the last 20 years, I have worked for 4 amazing high-growth companies – PayPal, Box, LinkedIn, and eBay. Though they have spanned different domains and vastly different sizes, I have accomplished the same things at each one but in quite diverse ways – scaled people, process, and technology. All of this has been in service of both the employees and business outcomes.

I thrive on working with smart people across many different disciplines to analyze, discuss, and ruthlessly execute to deliver results. My passion for people, business, and technology has allowed me to collaborate in developing and delivering comprehensive products that have a great impact on businesses of any size.

I know that for any company to survive and thrive, it needs to continually transform while keeping or creating a compelling culture. I enjoy providing C-suite executives, Board members w/ context and suggestions that allows them to maximize their respective opportunities. I do this while diminishing execution risk or failure at any level of scale.

Taking an outside-in approach to business problems allow me to engage deeply with a CMO, Sales Leader, or CTO at the same time. These business opportunities and transformations generally span multiple areas of a company at any size and I enjoy connecting them together as a multiplier for better outcomes.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and participating in sports like biking and snowboarding.
